What is the guarantee on purchases?

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
You must email us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Pack your purchase in the original packaging it was shipped in and return the package insured within 7 days to:

Please include all the necessary information to process your return such as your packing slip, the return authorization number and a note stating the reason for the return. If you do not have the packing slip, please include a note with your order number, your email address, the first and last name the order was placed under, and the reason for return.

Please note that paintings that have been painted for your order are not refundable. Once approved, the artists will be paid and refunds cannot be issued for these paintings.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?
All damaged shipments require prior authorization from Servus-Internetservice before the package is returned and you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Servus-Internetservice will make arrangements to have the damaged artwork inspected, replaced and picked up. All original packaging, documentation and shipping materials must be saved. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

What if I am looking for a particular painting that I do not see listed?
We have over 150,000 images available and if you fill out our contact form requesting the image that you are looking for, we will be glad to help.

Can you reproduce paintings from my picture?
Yes, we can reproduce an oil painting from any clear picture or photograph. The prices for custom reproductions and replicas will be priced according to the size and detail of the subject. You can contact us with the name of the artist and image, email or regular mail us the image that you would like replicated.

Can you reproduce the Old Masters?
Yes, we can reproduce the Old Masters. The oil paintings are painted by the world's finest artists. They are replicas and will look like the original Old Masters.

Can paintings be reproduced in sizes other than the size that is listed?
We offer most of the paintings that we sell in other sizes. Please let us know the image and the size you need, and we would be happy to quote you a price.

Do you have a catalog that you can mail to me?
We are direct distributors for over 250 artists.  We do not have a catalog that we can mail since our inventory is changing daily.  We request that you use our website for the images that we offer, and please also remember that the artists take special requests.

Can you frame and stretch the artwork for me?
In general we can do of course, but shipping framed artwork is expensive and we can only provide stretching and framing assistance to customers from EU.

How do I order?
It's easy to order at Servus-Internetservice. If this is your first time buying something, or if you are sending a gift to someone, you'll want to place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout through our secured site.

How do I change my Customer Account Profile information?
Once you are logged in, you can select "My Account" and your present profile will be displayed for you to make any changes.

What if I forgot my Password?
Not a problem at all! Click here and we would be happy to send your Password via email to your registered email address.

How can I pay? Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
You can safely use your credit card with the service of PayPal which we offer in our shop.
All prices on our site are listed in EUR. Paypal accepts Amex, Visa, Master Card.

You also can pay by bank order to our bank acount in Austria.

What if I do not feel comfortable ordering over the internet?
We encourage our customers to place their orders over the internet using our secured on-line ordering system.

If you prefer not to use our on-line charging option, not a problem at all. You can place an order also by mail, fax, or phone.

How long will it take until I receive my paintings?
All paintings are hand-painted by very skilled artists and take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to paint. The paintings are worth waiting for!

Other product might have shorter delivery.

Do you charge sales tax?
Servus-Internetservice is located in Austria. We are required by law to collect 20% VAT on orders being shipped within the EU.

How do I check the Status of my Order?
Paintings will be ready approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date your payment was received. Please check your confirmation email to see the approximate scheduled completion date.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Servus-Internetservice can ship to any destination in the world.

Can I ship to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, not a problem at all. Once you have established an account with us, please enter the "ship to address" in your Address Book. Your Address Book keeps your shipping addresses and billing addresses on file, allowing you quicker service in the future.

How much is shipping?
For all destinations we charge EUR 25,- for packing and freight

How do you ship?
Orders from inside EU are usually shipped via Post Austria, or DHL and are shipped insured at no extra charge. International shipments are shipped via DHL.

Can I pick up my purchases at your facility?
Yes, if you live near or are visiting our area, you may pickup your purchases at our facility. Please call to schedule an appointment prior to picking up the merchandise.

What if I want to order multiple paintings with different shipping addresses?
To accommodate this request you must place separate orders. Add your selection to the shopping cart and check out for each different shipping address.
