Information for order
The standard size of the pictures is 30 x 40 cm, the base price is indicated in the Shop. If you want to order your picture in other size, mark in appropriate place, there you also find the surcharge. The system adds automatically base price and surcharge, the sum you find in the purchase basket.
Formats which differ from standard sizes (30x40, 40x50 etc..), applies the price of the format into which the deviating format fits. Thus a square fig. 50x50 cm fits into a standard format 50x60 cm, an oblong picture in the format 30x90 cm fits into a standard format 60x90 cm and accordingly is used the prices. Other, also larger formats are likewise available, please inquire simply by email.
Concerns the quality, the paintings offered and supplied by me are painted in best quality (*high quality*). Somewhere there are also offered the qualities *medium* and *commercial*, which are substantially cheaper in the international reproduction industry. I do not offer these, because in my opinion you want to afford this best quality and avoid disapointments in such a way.
I dont have a stock, depending to product therefore a delivery time arise. Reproductions are made particularly for you, the delivery time in these cases 3 - 4 weeks. Original pictures and products of arts and craft are with the respective artist, the time of delivery is usually only a few days.
The actual time of delivery you will know at the latest in the order confirmation. If this is particularly important for you please ask me by email.
I pack your order withmost careful, nevertheless during transport something can happen. Therefore I recommend you to control the parcel immediately at receipt and to announce possible damage immediately to the transport agent (postman). The responsibility for damages is in on side of the transport enterprise (post office) and is taken by an insurance.
